Bio:
Alberto is a very passionate Master Coach ,with over 15 years of experience in leading numerous clients
to their fitness goals. He is specialized in Strength&Conditioning for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. He
has worked with numerous clients ranging from professional fighters, Crossfit athletes, endurance
athletes and football players that wanted to improve their performance. He is a very successful ACE
facilitator and fitness lecturer with extended experience in presenting at conventions like NIKE Super
Workshop, FIBO, IWF, ISPOChina. During his career he has helped hundreds of students preparing for
their ACECPT certification exams. He has Extended experience in delivering products courses and workshop.

This module provides sports physiotherapy-backed assessment protocols and corrective strategies to evaluate client movement dysfunctions and implement rehabilitation-based corrective training.

Module 1: Your Coaching Why – Theory and Science Behind Coaching
This module delves into the foundational theories that inform effective coaching practices. Participants will explore the Self-Determination Theory, focusing on autonomy, purpose, and mastery, and learn how these concepts relate to client motivation. Understanding these theories provides a platform for purposeful coaching.

Understand and apply the Self-Determination Theory in coaching contexts.
Explore the concept of "Flow" and its application in coaching to enhance client engagement.
Reflect on personal coaching values and how they influence coaching practices.
Module 2: Language of Coaching – Powerful Ways to Communicate Effective communication is crucial in coaching. This module explores the technical elements of coaching communication, including cueing systems based on learning styles, verbal techniques, and the distinction between internal and external cueing. Participants will learn how to break down and coach movements using a structured coaching model.

Module 3: Facilitating Feedback

The focus will be on the 'feedback loop' and a five-step communication process designed to enhance motivation and trust between coach and client.

Utilize a number of priming and feedback techniques.
Learn the 'feedback loop' and how to apply a 5-step communication process.
Practice providing feedback before, during, and after sessions to create client retention strategies based on trust and authenticity.
